I bought the attachment to cut sod. I'm stripping out a bunch of grass in a landscaping project. Using the single blade made the job MUCH easier. Basically you can dice-cut the lawn area, then undercut with a flat shovel and lift out he pieces. It really saved a lot of back-breaking work. The only complaint is the Wheel hub is too narrow to use the whole shaft, so is slips back and forth about 3/4". There should be a shim space or a wider wheel hub.
