Tool is as advertised. Arrived in 24 hours and ready to use within minutes. Assembly is easy. The pole connections are easy due to the large screw connectors. Overall construction is good and tool is solid. I've used tool to trim up several trees. It easily cuts through limbs 4+ inches w/o issue. Keep an eye on the chain-bar lubricant level. You'll consume several lubricant refills before depleting the battery. Battery time is really good. Saw does get heavy when the extension piece is installed. I also have Greenworks 24v blower and hedge trimmer. With two batteries, I always have enough battery time to complete all my work. Just for the record, overall length is roughly 6 feet or 8 feet with extension installed.
I'd recommend this product. Function and value is good.
