These Tungsten carbide blades are great!!The yard I cut is 5 acres. I have cut the yard several times with these blades and they are still sharp! I hope they never get dull! These blades also seem to eject the clippings better than the SCAG/Stern blades that came on the mower originally because there is almost no grass buildup under the deck, which is great. Just wish you could get them coated with diamond-like carbon so that they would never wear out.
