When I purchased this item I assumed that it included the hardware, consisting of a bolt, washers and wing nut. Since these items were clearly shown in the picture you can understand how I might assume that. Well much to my surprise, when it arrived the hardware was not included. I contacted the supplier and their response was basically "oops we did not mean to show that, we will change the picture". Somehow it did not seem like such a great deal when I found out I had to make an unplanned trip to the hardware store and spend a few more dollars.
