For years I have tried every imaginable trimmer head and line for my Shindawa weedeaters. Shindawas are the best. I have tough weeds, knapweek, chockcherry volunteers, deep grass, common mallow.The Oregon head and this line tackle it all. For deep thick stuff this is the only way to go. Even after the trimmer head lost the plastic dome it still works fine. The only thing you have to be careful of is to leave enough of a tuft at the end to be sure you can pull out the old line. If you screw up you can loosen the screws and get it out, but better to leave an extraction tuft.
