This item fit perfectly. Be aware that there is a right and a left and that you should replace them both at once. If you're not handy with tools, you should consider not doing this yourself. It requires near complete dis-assembly of the rear...both wheel off, both wheel wells off, chain drive assy and left and right axles off. A good opportunity to service gear oil levels and make cable adjustments, too. Replacing both and putting the mower back in service took over 4 hours.
