Blades have high-quality star-shaped holes (extra surface area to accommodate higher torque). Blades and plug fit my machine out of the box. I did need to drill a single hole in the deck, but that was easy.

Only problem was the wingnut that secures the plug... broke off in a very minor scrape with a fencepost. Would have preferred a metal Nylon locknut over an all-plastic one. This is the only reason I'm making it 4 stars instead of 5.
