Used this item for the first time today and liked it overall. Directions for assembly of the washer are clearly written and easy to follow. Power cord has built-in ground fault protection, but is too short for some jobs at our house and directions advise against use of an extension cord. A local electrician said use of an extension cord would not result in unreasonable risks to the user especially if the electrical outlet used was ground fault protected.

Directions also advise against use of a garden hose longer than 50'. Would prefer a power washer with which use of a longer electrical cord and garden hose were acceptable.

Very simple - it works! Seriously I had been using the cheap belt replacement ones from the local hardware store and I had never known what a real belt could do for the chipper shredder.
