The unit assembled fine. According to the manual the engine did not have any oil. So, I turned the unit on its side and put in the correct amount of 10W-30 oil. Then I tried to start the engine. I could not get the engine to turn over. I was pulling so hard on the rope-- I was afraid that I was going to break either the rope or pulley. So, I pulled the spark plug out and discovered the top of the cylinder was full of oil. So, I drained all the oil out of the unit and replaced with the proper amount. (This unit must have been shipped with oil in the engine and shipped upside down.) The engine then started up fine.
The power washer really worked great for 2.5 hours. I was cleaning off concrete that had rock on it for the last 15 years. The rock had really stuck to the concrete. In fact it looked like red paint. The high water pressure really cleaned the concrete. It looks like new concrete now with the white color. When I started to put up the unit I discovered one side of the axial had broken loose.
It had a couple of places it had been welded. This unit cleans so good that I hate to give it back to the company. So I decided to repair the unit myself. I installed two U bolts around the axial to the units base. That fixed the problem. Wish the factory in China had done the same thing.
Update: A year Later. It is still working fine. A tank of gas runs about 3 hours. The second time I used it I noticed all the wheel bolts had vibrated loose so I used some lock nuts in place of the regular nuts. It is a little hard for me to start so I got some starting fluid which makes it much easier to start. Wish the manual would say how many ounces of oil went into the pump and engine. I purchased a Clog Hog (manuf. in Austin,TX) and now I use my power washer along with my Clog Hog to clean out stopped up pipes. That 3000 PSI really cuts thru clogged up drains.

Filter is the same size as the OEM version in terms of width, length, etc., but the top of the filter is all rubber/plastic with no metal reinforcement around mounting stud/sealing hole. fastening the sealing washer and wing nut was awkward; I don't expect it will hold up in terms of sealing as well as the OEM version. Should have returned, but I will revert back to another brand or Tecumseh brand next time. Sorry OREGON....... no recommendations from me.

Ordered this part in Nov. 2011 to replace the original scraper bar that had been on since it was new over 20 years ago. It looked and fit great and the price was right. I was thrilled. Last Winter was quite mild and the snow blower was only used a few times. This year it has been used much more and yesterday while I was using it I noticed that it wasn't handling right. After looking it over I noticed that the scraper bar and cracked at one of the outside corner bolts and separated from the rest of the scraper bar. It was now basically useless. Not the time of year to have your snow blower down. I have since ordered an OEM part and hope this one will hold up. You get what you pay for?!

I used Powersharp on a Craftsman electirc chain saw. The saw stunk but the powersharp chain and sharpener was great. Was cutting lots of wood that had nails, screws ans such. Tried to avoid them but still had a few encounters. Powersharp is very fast (seconds) and effective. I got one for a WORX electric chain saw. Could never go back to the old way of files.
